On July 15, 2026, our Fishing Cooperative Friška riba had the pleasure of welcoming representatives of the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Split County Chamber, Ana Marija Puzić and Suzana Prkić Jurić, as part of the Interreg BEST4.0 project.
We discussed the Cooperative’s operations, the needs of professional fishermen, and the opportunities offered by the project in the areas of digitalization, modernization, and the development of the fisheries sector.
We also presented our plans for the future, particularly the construction of our own infrastructure with a fish processing facility, which would enable us to create added value and make better use of market surpluses.
