The festival brought together numerous participants with the aim of promoting sustainable development, marine protection, and a responsible attitude toward the environment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"741\">For many years, the Fishing Cooperative \u201cFri\u0161ka riba\u201d has been actively educating its cooperative fishermen about the importance of proper waste management and marine conservation. Through participation in various projects and initiatives, the cooperative continuously contributes to raising awareness about protecting the marine environment and reducing waste in the sea.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"1062\">A special achievement was recently accomplished through winning the Ocean Hackathon, where the innovative idea \u201cWaste Collection System from Fishing Vessels \u2013 A Recycling Yard at Sea\u201d was presented.
